
Finding a job withoug speaking the Dutch language is very difficult. At the same time it can be very benificial for international students to work in the Netherlands. Working allows you to apply for "study financing". This governmental subsidy grants you at least 259,76€ per month and an OV-Card. With this card you can travel for free through the Netherlands during the week or in the weekend. Isn't that great!? However, the requirement for this subsidy involve a monthly workload of 32 hours.
Studenttutors can provide you with a job and a contract that enables you to get the governmental subsidy. Besides that the job-activity is also a lot of fun. The job-activity, to be more precisely, is providing tutoring services to other students. So, in other words, you are your own employer.

Step one: go to http://studenttutors.nl/a/esn_twente and take a view.
Step two: Sign in with your Facebook account. Studenttutors will ask you couple of question to use your details etc. Don't worry Studenttutors will keep your private-details safe.
Step three: Become a tutor! Studenttutor will ask you if you really want to become a tutor.
Step four: A Job application will follow. This requires your details as for any other application
Step five: Your working terms are mentioned. How much you will receive from you tutoring job and how much you have to pay if you want to be tutored.
Step six: Document Check. You will have to have a copy of you passport or ID, proof of registration at the university and BSN number. This documents you will have to bring to the meeting with the local ambassador.
Step seven: After that you can choose a time slot for a meeting with a local ambassador at our University. During the meeting you will sign the contract and the ambassador will check all documents.
Step eight: You are finished! Visit your dashboard and look for any upcoming events. Your contract will be ready by the first of the next months. Start tutoring, search for tutors and have fun.
